What is the Maximum capacity that your room can accommodate?

Our unique space, called the Loft, can accommodate over 200 Guests.

Do we have to use your preferred and in house vendors or can we use whoever we like?

While we do have in house vendors you are not limited to only using them, you may use any vendors you would like, we just require them to have proof of insurance.

Do you hold ceremonies on site in addition to wedding receptions?
We do hold ceremonies on site in addition to wedding receptions and have the capabilities to hold your ceremony either indoors or outdoors.

Do you have any outdoor areas?
We do have outdoors areas with LED back lit fountains, a white gazebo, and patio with a heat lamp and fire pit for your Guests to enjoy.

Are there places to take pictures on sight or nearby?

We have a number of beautiful photo opportunities throughout the property and would love to show you them in person to fully appreciate their capabilities. We are also situated about a quarter of a mile down the road from picturesque Verona Park.

Is there a bridal salon where the bride and bridesmaids can do hair and make-up?

We feature a private Bridal Salon and separate Groomsmen Room located conveniently next to the Loft.

Is the Loft handicap accessible?
All areas of the Loft are handicap accessible equipped with elevators and ramps to ensure that all guests can enjoy every space the Loft has to offer.

How is the Loft’s accessibility for my guests driving or who may be coming in from out of state?
The Loft is situated right off of Exit 7 on interstate 280 which is accessible via the NJ Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and I-287. We are also only a 20 minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport.

Would we as the bride and groom get a Room for night of our wedding?
As part of the Loft’s wedding package all Bride and Grooms are given a complimentary Bridal Suite in the Hotel.

Does the hotel offer discounted pricing for my Guests?

Yes, with a group block of (10) rooms or more your Guests will be offered a discounted Guest room rate.

Does the hotel offer any kind of breakfast for their guests? 

The hotel does provide a complimentary full breakfast for all of their guests which includes a variety of hot & cold items such as cereals, bagels, muffins and scones in addition to waffles, bacon, and eggs. There is also a selection of coffee, tea and juices.

How does your Executive Chef handle food allergies like gluten free or dairy free?

Our talented Executive Chef, Matthew Goldman, takes food allergies very seriously.  If you or your Guests have any special dietary needs please let us know and we will definitely have appropriate, delicious meals prepared and ready to serve.  

Do you allow pets?
